Terms and Conditions

By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1.0 Delivery
 Your personalised item will only be made once we have received your payment. 

It takes two to three weeks to make your personalised item.  On occasion some personalised items (which are marked ***) may take up to four weeks depending on the quantity or difficulty/detail involved in making your item/s.

We aim to deliver all orders to the below destinations in the times shown below:

(this does not include the making of your item) 

  • Once item has been made it will be sent.
  • New Zealand   Overnight courer
  • Worldwide        (Standard Post)

2.0 Returns Policy/Warranty

2.1 Contracts for the sale of goods which have been personalised with customer's own details cannot be cancelled.  Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered. 

2.2 For all goods, if in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, refunds or exchanges can only be offered provided that either the goods have been damaged in transit or are faulty in any way.  If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us.  We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.  Should it be necessary for the goods to be returned, we would be grateful if they could be adequately packaged.

2.3 No refunds on personalised items or if the item is late.

2.4 All items are guaranteed for 6 months. - Normal wear and tear cover only.

3.0 Payment

3.1 All prices are currently listed  in NZ currency.

3.2 All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

3.3 The payment charge is made at the point of the online payment being accepted. Our acceptance of an order takes place when the order is charged to your credit card, at which point the purchase contract will be made.

3.4 We accept, VISA, Mastercard, American Express. All online credit and debit card payments are processed through PayPal and Paymate.

3.5 Cheques are to be made payable to Tabitha Jewellery with your name and address on reverse. Please allow up to 5 working days for your cheque to clear. After this time, we will start the process of making your item.
